Warranty Policy

At CualliMóvil we stand behind our laboratory engineering excellence. Every repair performed features a serialized digital record in your user profile validating your right to a technical claim under the following terms:
1. Premium Coverage Periods
- Module Replacement (Screens, Batteries, Ports): 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects of the integrated part.
- Advanced Micro-soldering on CPU or RF: 30-day strict coverage on logic solder joints worked under microscope.
2. Absolute Invalidity Conditions
The warranty will be completely voided immediately if any of the following scenarios occur:
- Rupture, removal, or alteration of internal security holographic seals placed by the CualliMóvil engineer.
- Physical evidence of subsequent abuse, drops, power surges, or moisture entering the device chassis.
- Technical intervention or opening of the device by third-party shops or unauthorized personnel outside our laboratory network.
3. Claim Procedure
To claim a warranty, the user simply needs to visit the laboratory with the device or submit a request from their digital panel. The device will be given priority entry back into the control station to verify under microscope that the failure is directly related to the original order.
