Support Operational Agreement

This agreement governs the access and use of laboratory repair services, IT technical support, and spare parts catalog provided by CualliMóvil. By entering a device or creating an account, you implicitly accept these clauses.
1. Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis
All repairs by micro-soldering, logic track reconstruction, or integrated circuit (IC) replacement require a prior strict diagnostic process. CualliMóvil will notify the final laboratory opinion and quote through the platform for the customer's express authorization.
2. Local Storage Backup
It is the customer's absolute and exclusive responsibility to make a full backup of information, photos, and systems on their devices before entering them for technical service. CualliMóvil operates under strict hardware protocols and is not liable for data or software loss resulting from physical failures in NAND flash memory or processors.
3. Abandonment Clause (Best Buy ID Standard)
Once a device is deemed 'Ready for Delivery' or 'Unrepairable', and the customer is notified via SMS/Email, they have a maximum of 90 calendar days for collection. After this period, the device will be legally considered abandoned, releasing CualliMóvil from any safekeeping responsibility.
4. Transactions and Payments
Prices listed in the virtual shop are expressed in the currency selected by the user. We reserve the right to modify spare parts rates without prior notice in accordance with the international fluctuation of imported electronic components.
